Michigan - I currently treat throughout the entire lower portion of the lower peninsula from Mt Pleasant south to Ohio border and the entire width of the state including Grand Rapids, Jackson, Lansing, Flint, and the entire multi county area surrounding Detroit.
Ohio - I treat throughout the entire Toledo, Bowling Green metropolitan area out past Cedar Point to the east and all the way to Indiana border within 25 miles south of Route 80.
For other people in Cincinnati, Dayton, Cleveland, and Akron, as the insect starts to be reported in your area don't wait. CONTACT me as I am actively looking for solutions in your areas.
Illinois - The ENTIRE CHICAGO, ILLINOIS area is now my TOP PRIORITY for treatment. I am currently treating THROUGHOUT ALL the known infested areas of Chicagoland and then north all the way to Wisconsin border. Look for my ads in the Clipper Magazine and your local yellow pages. Three years ago, the insect was only confirmed in three communities - St. Charles, Batavia, and Geneva. As of last fall, the Illinois Department of Ag had confirmed over 70 communities with EAB, most of those likely to have had it for 4 - 5 years. These discoveries are proving that this insect is most likely FAR more widespread than we know of even at this moment. It will move a lot this year so any areas close to any known infestations need to start treating. For a complete current listing of known infestations look on www.illinoiseab.com. Again I am treating within 15 miles of ALL these known infestations and will treat around ANY that become newly discovered. Your ash trees are important to me!
Remember the EAB shows up in an area 2-3 years before it is detected.
SE Wisconsin - EAB was discovered here in 2008. I have again been awarded the contract for the entire City of Cedarburg, Wisc and I am offering discounted rates to all residents of the immediate area.
Northern sections of Indiana - I am licensed in Indiana and can service most of the northern section of the state as I travel frequently from Michigan to Ohio and to Illinois. I was awarded the contract for the entire City of Fort Wayne, Indiana for 2009 and am awaiting word on what they might be doing for 2010.
